Cadet Clubhouse

 
 

Overview

  • Approved by the Sargent Central School Board on August 5, 2026, the Sargent Central Cadet Clubhouse provides after-school care for Sargent Central students on scheduled school days.

HOURS AND LOCATION

Monday – Friday | 3:00–5:00 pm
Location: Sargent Central School – Art Room

  • Cadet Clubhouse is available following a regular school day

  • The program will not be open on days when school is released early, such as an early dismissal due to inclement weather

  • Children must be picked up by 5:00 pm

    • A late pickup fee per minute after 5:00 pm applies.

DAILY RATE

$10 per child, per day

  • Families are charged only for days their child attends and checks into Cadet Clubhouse.

Attendance

Families are to use Remind to notify Mrs. Fawcett of the days their child will attend Cadet Clubhouse

For same-day attendance changes, families should also notify the child’s homeroom teacher by 12:00 pm of the change in after school plans.

After sending a message through Remind, families should receive a confirmation response from Mrs. Fawcett. If a confirmation response is not received, please call the main office.
