Cadet Clubhouse

 
 

Overview

  • Approved by the Sargent Central School Board on August 5, 2026, the Sargent Central Cadet Clubhouse provides after-school care for Sargent Central students on scheduled school days.

HOURS AND LOCATION

Monday – Friday | 3:00–5:00 pm
Location: Sargent Central School – Art Room

  • Cadet Clubhouse is available following a regular school day

  • The program will not be open on days when school is released early, such as an early dismissal due to inclement weather

  • Children must be picked up by 5:00 pm

    • A late pickup fee per minute after 5:00 pm applies.

DAILY RATE

$10 per child, per day

  • Families are charged only for days their child attends and checks into Cadet Clubhouse.

Attendance

Families are to use Remind to message Mrs. Fawcett regarding their child's Cadet Clubhouse attendance.

Please let Mrs. Fawcett know which days your child will be attending so that Cadet Clubhouse staff can plan accordingly.

Daily Attendance Changes

If your child was not previously scheduled to attend Cadet Clubhouse, please message Mrs. Fawcett through Remind and notify your child’s homeroom teacher by 12:00 pm that day so they are aware of the change in after-school plans.
